Villa Eugénie,
when l’hôtel du palais
has some stories to tell.

Eugénie de Montijo was Napoleon III’s wife and thus the last empress of France.
She fell in love with the city of Biarritz in France, and that is why Napoleon bought her a palace here.
This was not only the sign of their love but also a place to impress prestigious guests.

The elite of the world came to rest in l’Hôtel du palais.
Kings, queens, artists, actors… A lot of celebrities came here.

Pour recréer une identité à l’hôtel du palais,
j’ai choisi de me baser sur son histoire.
Ou plutôt, sur ses histoires.

En plus d’être un atout esthétique propre
à cet hôtel chaque brique a vu défiler
un nombre impressionnant d’invités prestigieux.

To rebrand l’hôtel du palais in Biarritz, France,
I decided to base my design on its story.
Or most likely on its stories.

Despite being an aesthetic asset of this hotel,
each brick has been the witness of a numerous
amount of famous guests.
